Good place with good location .

Perfecto, recomendable.

Very comfortable and nice location, price is high for the value. the kitchen needs more assets, the number of towels is low. Otherwise- the comfortability I great with the exceptions of the very small second sleeping room which si actually not for two persons.

The equipment in the kitchen was limited and needs restocking. Better cleaning is needed as the curtains were dusty and the kitchen cabinets were dirty. It’s a good sized space except the double room which is tight around the bed.

The apartment was large and clean! It’s on a busy street but still great neighborhood (and quiet once inside). Check in was very fast and easy! Apartment was large. There are no amenities whatsoever - no soap or shampoo or waste baskets in the bathrooms, very scratchy towels, and thin pillows. For the cost, I think those basics should be included or upgraded.

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. The only things we missed were a vacuum cleaner and a dishcloth. This in order to keep the apartment more clean throughout the week.

This is second time we've stayed in these apartments,location is perfect, walking distance to Las Ramblas & metro station right outside. Very clean, great air con, easy check in/out. Was able to leave luggage on morning of departure & collect later. Would definitely recommend.

The location was great yet services, amenities were a little short. The rooms were clean and very functional with almost everything for a family is available. I enjoyed my stay.

Great location in Barcelona. We had a large group and stayed in 3 apartments after a 7 night cruise. We took the Blue Bus from the port to Barcelona city and walked 750 meters to the apartment. Some others in our group took a cab, but because of the long taxi line at port, the walking group arrived 30 minutes before them. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance and the taxi stand is right out front. We easily walked to the Gothic District. The concierge was easy to communicate with and very accomodating. Apartment was clean and well appointed. We only stayed one night but the accommodations would be fine for a long term stay.

Check in staff were awesome -- friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. We were allowed to view two apartments to ensure that we were satisfied and they stored our luggage at reception. Best of all, we arrived in town very early in the morning and were allowed to check-in several hours before the scheduled time. We will be back. Thank you/Gracias!!

It is very good experience to stay your hotel. But there are a few broken fertfertilitys. So we are worried about that we will pay additional fee.

A good size apartment. Comfortable and near the metro station. There are shops and supermarkets nearby. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful.

Great location right next to the metro station and close to everything. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is a bit run down but is clean. The water pressure in shower can definitely use some improvement. Overall, it's a great value.

Great acomodation in walking distance to center of Barcelona. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms so we had great comfort. All appartment was clean and well equipped. Also employees were very nice and helpful. What we didn´t like were too soft beds where we had first nighr ptoblem to sleap. Also there was quite noise from next biulding - theatre where some castings were running at that time. But I´d recommend this place

We loved the location and size of the apartments. They are close to the cruise port and within walking distance of most attractions. Easy access to the metro and lots of shopping nearby. The kitchen was well equipped with full size stove and fridge.

My family and I just spent 5 nights here and had an amazing time. The apartment had everything we needed and the guys on reception were so welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic. You literally come out of the apartment and everything is accessible. I would definitely recommend Charm Suites!!

The location is quite good, short stroll to La Rambla and Columbus statue (less then 10 minutes). More importantly metro station is the next door. There are few supermarkets and groceries shops around. There is usually someone at the door. We arrived Saturday morning and had to call he manager, he arrived less then a minute after the call. The apartment itself is quite spacey, even though the second bedroom is a bit small and has a double bed (instead of separate beds). Two bathrooms are very convenient, the kitchen has basic amenities. The guys downstairs are fairly responsive. The kitchen didn't have a kettle, but when I asked for it the cleaner brought it in few minutes. The only criticism/wish I have is to have some basic supplies. We only had toilet paper and paper towels, not even a soap in the bathroom. I presume if we asked for it they could have provided and we bought one in the supermarket. so it's not an issue. All in all a good stay for a family of four.

Our only bad experience were the loud neighbours on Friday and Saturday night (til morning...). The staff handled it perfectly however. Overall, we loved our stay.

We stayed on 4-7 of June, 2018. Mark was the front desk clerk on that day he seemed very quiet, but he is a super kind person. The apartment is located about 15 to 20 minutes walking from one of the main tourist street in Barcelona ( La Rambla). Very clean place and great location for us. My family and I felt very safe there. I will definitely stay here again.

We booked four apartments for my friends hen party. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. I always had a response straight away. All the apartments were spacious for six people and two bathrooms were very handy. The property was very clean. The apartments are situated about 15 minute walk from La Rambles and we flagged down taxi for the rest of our stay. There is a 24 hour shop opposite which was very handy and a mc Donald’s and subway next door. I would definitely recommend these apartments for large groups ! Thank you we loved Barcelona !!!

Very clean and centrally located. However it would have been nice if they left soap in the bathroom for guests.

Lovely and clean. Very spacious. Great to have the little balcony for the smoker. Need a bit more crockery: 1 wine glass for 4!! Also look at leaky shower. Neither issue spoilt our time.

First we booked a 1 bedroom appartement. The sleepingcouch didn’t fulfill our expectations. The matras was very thin, we could feel the iron beneath it. So we changed to a 2 bedroom apparent. The beds were perfect. The whole appartement may use a technical freshing up because a lot of things were (half) broken.

Tres bel appartement pour 4 personnes, calme, situé à deux pas le La Rambla et du centre ville, de son marché.Nous a juste manque une cafetière mais au final vous avez de quoi prendre le petit dejeuner pour pas cher en bas de l'immeuble. Personnel tres sympathique. Nous recommendons fortement ;-)

Bel appartement confortable et proche du centre ville.

The apartment had a great location and was spacious & clean. The guy on reception was very friendly & helpful. The only negative would be the shower doors in the second bathroom - they came off the rails and had to be put back. We loved our stay in Barcelona and have recommended Charmsuites to friends.

Clean and nice apartment. Very responsive personal. There is minimum of supplies, enough for one day. Supermarket is 5 minutes waking distance to buy everything. Cooking ware is enough to prepare small dinner. There are several fast foods around.

Great value for money- extremely clean and spacious 2 bed apartment with the balcony, with lift facilities and the apartment very central. Thanks again, we will be back :)

Great location! Big appartment with 2 bathrooms. Change of towels was fine (take dirty towels to the guy at the reception).

Mark was most helpful in checking us in and out, along with booking us a taxi for our departure. The apartment was great value for money and helped to make our stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend Charmsuites and would consider using them in the future. Great location and clean apartment.

Quite a good place for a family or young couples as well. Good location. I needed some glasses for wine in the kitchen, but I could manage it.

First time in Barcelona and had a brilliant time with great accommodation to return to after our busy days out sightseeing. Apartment clean and modern with excellent facilities. Good location - lots of local eating places and supermarket nearby. Staff were friendly and really helpful with our email queries prior to visit and during our stay. Able to leave luggage on first and last day which was a bonus given time of flights. Would definitely stay here again.

APARTAMENTO MUY AMPLIO Y SOLEADO. MUY BUENA UBICACION A SÓLO UNOS MINUTOS DEL METRO. DANDO UN PASEO SE LLEGA AL MAR O AL CENTRO. ESTÀ EN BUEN ESTADO, LO ÚNICO QUE CRITICO SON LA VAJILLA I LA CUBERTERIA QUE ERAN ESCASOS Y DEMASIADO BÁSICOS.

Bon accueil, appartement propre, spacieux et situé à proximité du quartier La Rembla, je le recommande pour une escapade espagnole.
